Quality Inn Near Mesa Verde - Cortez

all the staff was exceptionally friendly and amiable and we had an early check in. we had double room, and it was quiet with good bed.

Really enjoyed our stay, had nice 1 day overall. We found out good prices in the hotel. We had a standard double room with good bed. The location was marvellous in the middle of jackson.

Beds were extremely squeaky in this place.

I recently enjoyed my stay here and found the Cortez City Park just a few steps away, perfect for a leisurely walk, and the nearby Cortez Cultural Center was a great spot to dive into local art and history.

It was just a proper fit for a momentary visit in Cortez with best value for money ratio. The room wasnice and neat enough for our needs. If you need breakfast, make sure to go a bit later than 6am to avoid waiting around.

I stayed in a Standard King Non Smoking room at Quality Inn for 4 nights. The room was clean and a decent size, and the bathroom looked new. The bed had a comfortable mattress, but I faced several issues . One front receptionist treated me poorly, made me uneasy about returning. I expected room service as mentioned in their notice, but it never happened. I had to manage my own trash disposal. The refrigerator in my room froze all my food, frustrating. On top of that, a dog from another guest attacked me as I stepped outside, quite alarming. Despite these challenges, I enjoyed my time when I could and appreciated the clean environment.

The Standard Double Room with Two Double Beds had a decent amount of space, providing enough room for my family and our gear. The bathroom appeared clean and well-maintained, always a plus when you're on the road.

The check-in process was a mess. I arrived just after 10:50 PM, only to find the reception closed and zero staff to help. Multiple attempts to call the late check-in number failed, and the breakfast timings were misleading since the area was still dark and locked at 6 AM, despite the stated opening hour. The squeaky bed made for a restless night, leaving me wondering if I was resting on a ship rather than solid ground. These hiccups left me feeling more frustrated than relaxed.

The recently remodeled room felt inviting with comfortable bedding. The easy access from the parking lot was nice, important for seniors like me.

Better accessibility in common areas would be helpful.

The ice machine right by our room was noisy!!! The security system was out of order , raising safety concerns!!!

The prices here were really good. the staff were amazing, always there to help, no matter the time. the room had a modern feel and was pretty spacious with a comfy bed that we didn't want to leave all day long. 😊.
